Great toy. As far as radio controlled helicopters go it's pretty easy to fly. You can charge it about 20 minutes so you can fly it a lot. It's also durable so it can take the crashes while you build up you skill level. After twenty flights or so the rear rotor broke after a somewhat hard crash. I'm going to buy another one. After that I will try a higher end helicopter again. I think I'll have a lot more success flying a higher end helicopter since the Gyropter really helped me develop my flight skills.

I gave this toy to my grandson for Christmas. We had a fantastic time for the three cycles that it lasted. After that the Gyroptor lost its syncronization and would no longer respond to the remote control. No amout of prodding would fix this. (The flashing lights still work, though!) So the Gyroptor is junk. I tried contacting the distributor at their website: rooftopbrands.com but but here's the message: "Our site is currently being updated so check back next week." It's next week and still being updated. I recommend anyone wanting to purchase a RC helicoptor find a better brand.
