Prevent this charger at all cost, as a different reviewer stated, it is most certainly wired incorrectly. When I inserted the charger into the helicopter, the blades began to spin even though the helicopter was in the off position. I then smelled smoke....coming from my laptop. This beautiful small charger shorted out two of my USB ports on my pc leaving a beautiful burnt smell. Be conscious DO NOT Purchase Stars
I took a opportunity following reading some negative evaluations about reverse polarities and such, and purchased this cable to charge my RC Combat Helicopters that I bought at Brookstone at Christmas time. This cable works outstanding for me. You plug it in to your helicopter and then the laptop. Wait for the red light to glow at the USB finish, unplug and fly away. For 3 bucks it's a no brainer.
