Client Evaluations
Just got these small guys nowadays. They are a very good sized heli for indoor use, a bit bigger than I thought they would be (thankfully) I think they are superb enjoyable and incredibly nicely built. The main cause I select these was the advantage of replacement parts for the stuff that you frequently finish up break though you are studying to fly. The notion of two was to be in a position to have two of us playing at the exact same time. The challenge is each of the heli's that came to me are on the channel and I can't come across anyway to transform the heli itself. Although slightly enjoyable to attempt to make each of the heli's fly with the exact same manage, it doesn't truly perform. When both choppers perform rather properly right out of the box (right after a brief charging time), they just can not be flown at the exact same time. The site does say that the they can have different frequencys but you would assume that considering that they are promoting two together that they would make certain to package two that can fly at the exact same time. This means to most people today that you can without difficulty fly one particular til it starts to get low on energy, shut it off and fly the other 1 for awhile. This functions great and offers you alot more time to learn to fly these amazing small toys. It kinda nearly tends to make you wonder if the pilots of the true thing ever flew their choppers into a wall a handful of minutes immediately after take off:-)
I received these Helicopters a handful of days ago. Flew each of them perfect out of the box. Had challenges with the second Heli findig the frequency at initially. Each remotes were set to completely different frequencies. They ultimately worked just after a series of cycling the power of both the controller and the heli.
Soon after two full flights of the YELLOW helicopter, the lower blade stopped rotating. I took a great appear at how anything is supposed to work on the red heli and determined there was a manufacturing defect on the yellow one. The drive gear for the forward motor was placed too high on the shaft. The to begin with little bump shifted the drive gear just enough to knock it out of alignment and therefore couldnt drive the propeller shaft gears. I took the heli apart simple and easy enough and slid the drive gear down into the appropriate position. Reassembled and as wonderful or superior than new. Just a note, if you do disassemble, make confident you do so on a table or one thing. It really is a pain attempting to get 1 of those small screws in carpet.
I have had up to 8-ten minutes of flight chasing my dog keeping the helicopter a foot off the floor. How significantly turning and how high you fly will extend or shorten your flight time. I get I am about half throttle most of the time.
All in all these are fun small helicopters and I cannot wait to move into the bigger helicopter categories.
